A request for public information can be submitted directly to the City Clerk via the following methods:

• Email Public Information Officer Bianca Ortiz
• Send a fax to 830-334-4750
• Submit a written request at City Hall during regular business hours

2. How do I submit a parade permit / street closure?

The parade permit / street closure form is available at the front counter at City Hall and must be accompanied with a drawing/map of route/closure. City Hall is located at:
